Refers to hair that is completely unprocessed, and intact. To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including: not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, and chemically processed in any way. This also means it comes from a single donor, and all the cuticles are intact, running in the same direction. Usually, it also means that is has not been blow-dried, or exposed to harsh agents such as cigarette smoke and drugs.

 

The harvesting process for virgin hair is more time consuming and meticulous, which adds to the premium value of virgin hair. Virgin hair can come from any person and any country, but some of the most popular ones include, Indian virgin hair, Malaysian virgin hair, Russian virgin hair, and other European and Asian countries.

 

Virgin Hair:

Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed or treated with ANY kind of chemicals. The hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and intact. You can bleach, dye and process Virgin hair just as you would your own. Remy hair is hair that has all the cuticles running in the same direction. Remy hair differs from Virgin hair mainly in that it has been CHEMICALLY processed for color or texture, but the cuticle still remains intact so the hair will not tangle.

 

Usage:

Virgin hair is most often used to construct the highest quality lace front wigs, Closure Pieces, and hair extensions. Virgin hair adorns some of the biggest stars today such as Beyonce.

 

Bundles:

You typically need two (2) bundles for length for 8” to 16”, three to four (3-4) bundles for 18” or longer.

 

Returns:

A customer may return a ‘pre-stocked’ or ‘in-stock’ item within 24 hours upon receipt for exchanges only, equal or less the amount of the purchase price after thorough review products of its original condition has been performed. Online store credits will be applied for cost differences less than the original purchase amount; no cash refunds.

We offer shipping options via worldwide; however, costs depends on locations and weight of your order.

 

Payment Options:

We accept payments through PayPal, Cash/Credit payments upon receipt for local orders only including a transport fee starting at $10.00 and is subject to change.

 

Ordering:

After you place your online order, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address so that you know we have received your order.

 

Delivery: 

Normally, it takes 3-4 days to handle your order and then item will be dispatched after payment clearance if your order was processed during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday. Weekend orders will be processed the following business day. Custom hair coloring take a minimum of 5-7 business day to process prior to order fulfillment. Once item is shipped out, it takes about 7 business days to reach you. If you want to get the item quicker, please choose UPS shipment and it only takes 2 days to reach you excluding the handling time. Local orders receive product same day which includes a transport fee starting at $10.00 and is subject to change.
